The event are sponsored by the Alliance for Coney Island and the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation. There will be Fireworks Show on 4th of July on the Independence Day at about 9:50 P.M too. It is good for all ages. There is no admission for this summer carnival. Rides are pay as you go.

Astoria Park Carnival bring family fun to Astoria, Queens, NY. It is set up under the Robert F Kennedy Bridge, in the parking lot of the park. There are thrill rides, Ferris Wheel, games.for all ages, foods such as funnel cake, fried Oreos, fried dough, zeppole, hamburger, hot dog, shish kabob, slushes, lemonade, cotton candy, gyro etc. There is no admission, it is pay as you ride. The 2019 annual Astoria Carnival is presented by the Central Astoria Local Development Coalition.
