The ceremony held at Sara D. Roosevelt Park at Grand Street in Chinatown, NYC, New York. Hundreds of thousands of firecrackers to welcome the Year of Pig. There were also performances including lion dance, dragon dance, singing, dancing and Kung Fu demonstration. The event was free.

Dyker Heights, during Christmas time, is the best neighborhood in NYC to see the Christmas Lights & Decorations.
It is not just few houses, it is everywhere in the town. There are tour buses to take you there for about $20.

Lights Show located on 5th Ave between E49 & E50 St. It will continue throughout the holiday season until Jan 2, 2019.
The show time is about 4:35 PM to 11:35 PM, every 10 minutes. It lasts about 5 minutes.
