There is Lion Dance, Marching Bands and the street & park full of Red Lanterns to celebrate the Lantern Festival. The Parade began at Kimlau Square marching up E. Broadway - Eldridge St - Grand St & finished at Sara D. Roosevelt Park. I was going to the Lunar New Year Parade, so I took the chance to revisit and took a walk in the Downtown, Lower Manhattan, New York City. New York City hosted its 20th annual Lunar New Year Parade in Chinatown, lower Manhattan. The parade would see the traditional Chinese Dragon and Lion Dance, Float Parade, Dance, Slingshot and some cool cars This year came the Year of the Pig.
