Puerto Rican Day Parade was held in Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY on Sunday, June 13, 2021
People were gathering again after reopening of NYC, along Knickerbocker Avenue to celebrate the heritage. Red, white and blue flags could be seen everywhere. 
Music blasting, people dancing, it was so exciting we are going back to normalcy after the pandemic.

St Patrick's Day Parade 2020 in Rockaway Beach, NY
The 45th Annual Queens County St Patrick's Day Parade was held on Saturday, March 7, 2020. It is one of the St. Patrick's Day Parade in New York City.
The Parade route is down Newport Ave, across Beach 115th Street, down Rockaway Beach Blvd going East to Beach 100th Street.
Due to the sudden unforeseeable situation in NYC, other events were postponed.

Staten Island, Richmond County in New York City was the first to hold the parade in NYC. The Parade was held on Sunday, March 1, 2020, along the Forest Ave from Hart Blvd going West to Jewett Ave. The parade has been running for over 50 years. Participants included runners, marching bands from NYPD, NYFD, motorcycles, etc, LGBTQ was still barred from the parade.

21st Chinatown Lunar New Year Parade took place on Sunday, February 9, 2020, in Chinatown, Manhattan. 曼哈頓唐人街第二十一屆新春愛心大遊行
Organized by Better Chinatown USA, the parade filled the neighborhood's streets with lion dances, dragon dances, floats and plenty of marching bands.
This Chinese New Year is the Year of the Rat.

The event was held on Sunday, January 26, 2020, to celebrate the Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year.
The Stage was at 50th Street and 8th Avenue in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NY. There were performances from Schools, After school programs and Senior Centers, Lion Dancing with Eating Lettuce on High Pole, firecrackers, and afterward the little parade marching down 8 Avenue to 60th Street
The event is organized by the Brooklyn Chinese-American Association.

Chinese New Year, Korean New Year, Vietnamese New Year are on the same day as The Lunar New Year, which was based on the traditional Chinese lunisolar calendar.
The Parade was held on Saturday, January 25, 2020, in Flushing, NY. It started around 11 am at Union Street & 38th Avenue which is in Queens, NY.
NYPD band, Lion Dancing, Dragon Dancing, Floats, Korean Drumming were performed in the parade. Falun Dafa, Falun Gong marching bands participated in the parade too.

It is an awesome Thanksgiving Day Parade with so much fun to celebrate the holiday.

I arrived there at 6:30 AM, while the Parade started at 9 AM, but it is too late to get a good spot already, just got third rows.

This Thanksgiving Day Parade of Unity and Diversity was held on Wednesday, Nov 27, 2019, at 9 AM, a day before Thanksgiving Day.
The parade is no comparison to Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in Manhattan, New York City, but is the work of unity by a diversity of teachers and students.

New York City's 46th Annual Village Halloween Parade was held on Thursday, October 31, 2019. The parade started at 7:30 PM and finished at about 10 PM.
It was drizzling in the evening, but the event would be on Rain or Shine.

75th Annual Columbus Day Parade was held on Monday, October 14, 2019, to celebrate the anniversary of Christopher Columbus's arrival in the Americas in 1492.
The parade kicked off around 11:30 AM with over 120 marching groups including many colorful floats, marching bands, marching up Fifth Avenue from 44th Street to 72nd Street, in Manhattan, New York City.
Columbus is an Italian explorer. Italian Pride was displayed as red, white and green took over Manhattan, attracted tens of thousands of people.

82nd Annual Pulaski Day Parade was held on October 6, 2019, on Fifth Ave in Manhattan, New York City.
The New York City Parade began at around 12:30 PM and marched up Fifth Ave from 35th Street to 55th Street. There were marching band parade, motorcycle parade, floats, fire truck parade, NYPD marching band, etc.
The Pulaski Day Parade is a parade held annually since 1937 on Fifth Avenue in NYC to commemorate Kazimierz Pulaski, a Polish hero of the American Revolutionary War.

The 39th annual NYC Korean Parade was held on Saturday, October 5, 2019. It began at about 12 PM in Manhattan, New York
The parade began on 6th Avenue at 38th Street and marching down to 27th Street. There were floats, marching bands, traditional Korean cultural performances, and Taekwondo performance.
In addition to the Korean Parade, the Koreatown Street Festival was held on 32nd Street between 5th Avenue and Broadway.

62nd German-American Steuben Parade took place on 5th Ave from 68th Street to 86th Street, in Manhattan, NYC on the third Saturday in September. This year is September 22, 2019.
Also, there would be an Oktoberfest-style beer fest in Central Park.
The Von Steuben Day is generally considered the German-American event of the year.
Walking NYC? Walking and watching some parade is even better in New York City. There are so many parades in NYC to celebrate different things.

The 2019 NYC Labor Day Parade happened on Saturday, September 7.
The Parade started off at 44th Street and Fifth Avenue and marching up to 67th Street.
"One City, Five Boroughs, All Workers" - Thousands of workers from all over the city from labor unions and worker advocacy groups participated in this "Labor" Day Parade. This is the real Labor Parade for workers, not the West Indian Day Parade that people also called "Labor Day Parade" because it always held on Labor Day.
The Parade was organized by New York City Central Labor Council.
