To celebrate the Lunar New Year, one of the events is the parade in downtown Flushing, Queens, New York. This year 2019 marks the Year of the Pig.
Flushing is home to Queens' first Chinatown, NYC's most dynamic outer-borough neighborhood.
Public transportation include subway #7 line, Long Island Railroad Port Washington Branch, MTA buses and mini buses to Chinatown in Manhattan & Brooklyn.
