New York Tartan Day Parade 2019 NYC Celebrating Scotland. 21st Annual Tartan Day Parade 2019 was held April 6, 2019 at 2 PM. Before the Parade began, there were singers, pipes and drums performed on the Fountain Terrace at Bryant Park. Pipers, drummers, pipe bands, dancers, clans and dogs were marched up 6th Avenue (Avenue of America) from West 45th Street to 55th Street.
