This is one of the serious stress-sale areas in Queens. Currently there are 71 2-family on the market 3 are REO, 22 short-sale. For 1-family 1 is REO, 16 short-sale. There is not many REO as last year and a lot less than 2 years ago. Is all the REO been sold or Banks hold off selling? I have no answer for that. queens: 2.8 millions was stolen

Few weeks ago I had 2.5 millions chips in the Facebook Zygna Texas Hold'em Poker game, it was stolen. I could not log into my Facebook account and my email account. I didn't pay much attention to it. But anyway I set an alert to notify through my cell phone. Last week I received an alert on my cell phone notify me my email account password was changed. I reset my email's password immediately. Then I checked my Facebook, also hacked and another 300 grands chips was stolen. I don't really know what is the purpose of those hackers, it seems going after (1 comments)

It was a quiet residential street in Kew Garden Hills/Flushing, there would not be many walking traffic normally. If you saw more than 20 people gathering on the street, yelling, pushing each other, would you call 911?
After one or two minutes, cars stopped and they still didn't move. I didn't want bad thing happened before it was too late, so I called 911. After few minutes they left liked nothing happened.

290,000 jobs was created in April, that is a good news! However the unemployment rate hits 9.9% (15.3 million persons) because more people going back looking for jobs. Among the jobless 6.7 million or 45.9% were unemployed for over 27 weeks. About 2.4 million persons were not counted as unemployed because they had not searched for work in the 4 weeks preceding the survey.
