This is one of my favorite stores. Their price is cheaper than Target or Home Depot. I used to go to the store on Kissena Blvd. It is too bad they have to file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy too.
In the meltdown of the economy, having cash is important. Credit is not reliable; like the case of the discount retailer, their available credit was cut by GE according to RetailerDaily.com.
So should people buy real estate now? Well if it is for self-occupied, I would say it doesn't matter, in my opinion paying mortgage is always better than paying rent. … (0 comments)

May be people rushing to shopping for Christmas gift in the last weekend.
May be it was the weather.
May be people just cutting more spending.
No matter what the reason is, their earning will be hurt with this scene. I am afraid their stock price will go below the 50-days moving average and hit 52-weeks low. Until then the stock market will go further down, so as the real estate market.
