Empire Outlets in Staten Island was opened to Public on May 16. It is next to the waterfront park, The Staten Island 9/11 Memorial and the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. The shopping center's walkways provide skyline views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and New Jersey. But right now not all the stores were opened yet. Stores opened: Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Columbia Factory Store, Gap Factory Store, Jockey, Old Navy, American Eagle Outfitters, Starbucks, Lids, Wetzel's Pretzels, Francesca's, GNC, Guess.
