I wish to shine a light on to a little known or understood agency called the USDA. We have a "local" area office in Mt Vernon WA. There is another one located down near Olympia WA. This agency is one of the few that actually have a constructive outreach to people in need. They provide an opportunity for those who are unable to obtain a loan through the normal channels because of their low-income status.
