We are seeing the lower end adjusting a bit and the really low end is becoming less available. The mid range in pricing is also seeing good movement and this is excellent for so early in the season. The month of May heated up on home sales in Lake Arrowhead. We have been averaging 10-15 homes sold in Arrowhead Woods since the first of the year. In May we had 18 homes close escrow in Arrowhead Woods. A very interesting thing has also happen, 51 homes have gone pending in escrow between May 1st and May 31st in Arrowhead Woods. This week on tour I have to say it was a hopping day looking at homes. There were some excellent deals in several price ranges. The ones that stand out to me are on the chart below. All information was obtained from the Rim o' the World Association of Realtors.
