Being in real estate for several years (and having the opportunity to preview many many homes) it's just a matter of time before you encounter something, out of the norm.  Having a few oddly run in's myself, and seeing a Facebook post where other agents frequent discussing IF someone died in a house would you buy it?  How there are sites now to check to see if someone died in the house, people that tell stories of how people were murdered and still occupy the home.
