Cabazon, CA is a small unincorporated area in Riverside County between Banning and Palm Springs. Cabazon used to be a City (1955-1972) but they voted to unincorporate. Currently Cabazon is the only Community/Town to give up being a City in Riverside County. Apparently the citizens of Cabazon all 2,000 of them, were tired of the Politics, and Scandals so voted to Unincorporate back in 1972. Well, that was then and this is now.

Recently I received a call from an Agent in a neighboring town. They wanted to know if I worked in the Cabazon, Ca area.....because another Agent had given her my name. Why yes, I do....how can I help you? She had a name, and some APN#'s......and had talked to the people but she didn't service the area. OK...let me check it out. Sound familiar? I don't know about you but I don't take every referral, or listing that calls me.

Septic Sytems are not the same as sewer, they need more care. My house is on the city sewer system, so I never gave much thought to flushing the toilet, or what I dump down the sinks, even when my 5 grandchildren come to visit, and both bathrooms are in use at the same time.
Well today I thought about the septic systems that people have, and that many people that are buying new homes in Cabazon and White Water, CA might not know how to properly care for the Septic System.
