I am a REALTOR that loves selling land. I love to walk it, feel it, and everything else about it. For me selling land is the best part of my Real Estate Career....land represents everything to me. Freedom, Opportunities, and Visions. I like to sit on a piece of land and visualize what type of house or building could be on it. I like to visualize the views, the little critters that live there, and how the next person will use this land. I just love selling land.

Who hasn't heard of Palm Springs CA? N. Palm Springs is West and North of Downtown Palm Springs. It is close to the West end of Desert Hot Springs closer to the 62 Freeway where all the new development is happening. Land in this area was cheap for years. For years you could pick up a lot or acreage and not have to sell your first born to do it.....and if I had a Dollar for every time I heard "I could have bought it for ...." or "I wish I'd bought it when I had the chance." Cabazon is a growing area...again! A little trivia is that Cabazon, CA has the designation of being the only City that gave up being a City in Riverside County. In 1955 they were a City, and in 1972 they voted to Dis-incorporate, to give up being a city. Fast foreward to 2008 and now Cabazon wants to Incorporate again. Wow, forget the Casino, Shopping Malls, Dinosaurs, and fantastic Mountains....Cabazon will be finally coming into its own. Cabazon's growth is undeniable.

Last week I wrote a Blog about a referral, and how I was still working to get the listings. Well, yesterday I finally got the paperwork back on 5 of the properties...and have one more to go. These are all recycled properties...been listed before, and didn't sell. Then I got a call for a house close to the lots....would I be interested in listing it....another recycled one. OK, let's finish my week...a FSBO from 2 years ago called me and asked if I would list their property. 6 land Listings and 2 possible houses all this week :) So, why did I … (22 comments)

Saturday afternoons I used to watch old cowboy movies ~ The Rifleman, Roy Rogers, John Wayne, and so many others. I loved watching these movies. So today when I was making my Real Estate Show on land for sale in Riverside County, I chose the Western Music. I enjoyed listening to it so much that I changed all the Picture Titles to complement the music :) I love the tune, it makes me want to get in my car and drive back out to all the Properties I have listed for sale.......but it's 1:30 in the morning, so I think I'll just listen … (19 comments)
