When I bought my house I made one comment...."it's a little small", but I loved the yard, and bought it anyway. After all I lived alone now, everyone was grown and gone. At the time I only had 2 small Grandkids and they lived a block away.....yes, it would be big enough; so how then did my little house shrink?

Have you ever wondered what a Real Estate Agent does all day? I mean you just drove past a house, saw the sign, called, and hey....no-one answered. You got sent to voice mail. Alright you just walk around the house a little and hope the Agent calls you back pretty quick. I mean they do want to sell this house don't they? OK, it's 9:33 am right now PST.....and I am wondering the same question. Today started just like the past few days, expect the rain had stopped. They say it never rains in Southern California, but it does, and it did. Today though, the storm has passed......moving on over to Arizona.
