As a real estate professional I have been through a few ups and downs in this business. As a result I have realized that while I made a lot of money I have also loss a lot of money and the market has a huge effect on how I can do business. I have always been interested in building wealth and through my reading I have learned that to build wealth I need leverage my time and create passive income.
