Well, the answer we unofficially got was because we don't have a Mexican restaurant in Germantown, Ok, works for me. Since then, my wife (Donna) and I have been to La Chimenea many times and tonight we decided to visit again. We went at 6pm on Friday and although the restaurant was full, we were seated immediately. Not many people know that today's modern Germantown orginally was but 2 square miles and today is the result of 7 seperate hamlets (towns) coming to gether in 1963/64 to fight off the expansion of Milwaukee county into Washington county. The orginal 7 hamlets were Dheinsville, Goldenthal, Germantown, Willow Creek, Meeker Hill, Rockfield and Kueburg. Started in 1842 and at the time called the Wisconsin Territory. Wisconsin officially became a state of the Union in 1848.
