The first six months of 2017 have passed so we can take a look at the Portsmouth NH real estate market to see what's been happening.

The Portsmouth homes market has been very, very active this year with a limited amount of homes for sale and high buyer demand.

Any number under 6 indicates a seller's market; a number close to 3 indicates a hot seller's market..
