Video is the newest photo tool to promote listings, yourself, and your area. To get started all you need is a digital video camera; here's some good choices from this month's Residential Specialist Magazine for CRS designess or candidates. First, most popular, cheapest, and easiest is The Flip at under $150.00. Yahoo calls it: "The world's simpliest video camera."

My Association's Board of Directors is working on a member website project that should be ready to roll out live soon. Essentially it's a portal with all of our listings, great search features for consumers, area census information, and several other cool features. The purpose of this site is to take back control of our listings and use them to benefit our membership; the people that put the listings there in the first place.
