I'm so happy and so is my client. We are closing a 9month escrow tomorrow. It took a dedicated buyer to hang in there for that long someone who really wanted the house. They truly do exist. And even though this property was an ordeal to purchase he is not discouraged and his looking at purchasing the surrounding property. The moral of the story is stay away from properties with 2 loans each from a different bank. And, always higher a negotiator/expediter.
