West Hawaii, more specifically the Kailua Kona area has seen a 63% increase over last Octobers sales - on Single Family Homes. This doesn't appear to be some blip on the horizon, at least not from where I sit. We have 7 months in row now that have at least met, actually 6 have exceeded, last years sales .
