Just take a look around you - Kailua Kona land sales (not including these) were up 200% last month - can you imagine what these sales will do to the June numbers! 4 sales, all cash, for a total of $17,360,000 - day one!
Just for the heck of it, let me check last June numbers...... hold on, computer running slow......

Luxury Vacation Rentals in Hawaii
I recently had the opportunity to visit this home (wish I could say I stayed there, but I cant) I have a hard time even trying to explain the feeling you get when on this property, take a minute to add this to your wish-list.
Just FYI, my visit was when they invited me to join their team, which I proudly accepted, not in the rental department, but in the luxury sales division.

Update: March 14, 2011
It seems that our local newspaper jumped ahead of itself again, 1st update - the Kailua Kona Pier has not been condemned Which is great news - but the cruise ship has already cancelled Wednesdays stop - thank you (shaking me head, back and forth) 2: King Kamehameha Hotel wont open for at least 3 months - I drove by yesterday, and they were WIDE open - maybe they meant 3 days.
