HIBT Tournament is under way and I just feel a little more blessed than normal - I am lucky enough to stroll on down to the pier and check the weigh ins, just like I was going out for cup of Starbucks - how cool is that!
Here is photo from the pier, and a follow up of a 404 pound Marlin that was one of several caught so far, and not the largest either,

News for both Buyers and Sellers: August 7, 2015
North Kona Land Sales, show an increase in the median price of just over 29%.
There was a slight decrease in the number of vacant land sales of .
It goes to show, supply and demand play a huge role in the numbers above.
I went ahead and took that median price of $380,000, then did a search from $350,000 to $400,000 and I come up with 20 listings of vacant land, currently active in our MLS.
