Hawaii reclaims its number one spot as the “happiest” state in the country – bumping out last year’s winner Alaska. The state has held the happiness title five times since 2008, according to the latest Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index.
“Well-being in the U.S. exhibits regional patterns, with the northern plains and mountain west reporting higher levels of well-being, along with some western states and pockets in the northeast and Atlantic states,” according to the report.The index measures the well-being of states across five elements: purpose, social, financial, community and physical. Kona Country Club is scheduled to open its Makai Course on February 1, 2016 according to Hawaii Tee Times. I just logged into their Website and was able to book a tee time for 7:04 am 2/1/16 . As rumors have it, the Kona Country Club is reopening its Ocean Course on February 1, 2016! I looked up tee times and the cost is posted at $165.00 each, and the first Tee time available is at 7:04 am. Its been a long time in the making and it almost didn’t happen.
