Real Estate News for February 21, 2019 Bill 108 and Rule 23 Updates: As the 2018 President of West Hawaii Association of Realtors (WHAR) , I watched, and worked closely with our Government Affairs Committee when they met with local officials and assisted them in understanding some of the unintended consequences that will happen as this Bill 108 became law. They had success in some areas, and are working with officials on other areas. If you don’t watch "Think Big Work Small" on a regular basis - you should. I admit, daily may be too much, but a few times a week keeps you in the loop. So this morning’s show asked an interesting question, and it had over 160 comments - so far. But are Dual Agency Realtors Acting Ethically? I personally do - Dual Agency - but I feel it is a little different in my situation - I know, every Realtor says that, but by dealing in short sales almost exclusively, it really helps handling both sides - for them, as well (4 comments)
