The number of single family homes sold in May 2015 on the Kohala Coast decreased slightly from May 2015, with 25 homes selling in May 2014 down to 20 homes in May 2015. Although there was an overall decrease in homes sold in Kohala, North Kohala actually had an increase in homes sold (up from 3 homes to 6) but it wasn’t enough to overcome South Kohala’s decrease (from 22 homes down to 14).
