For many years my husband and I always dreamed of being able to relocate from the hussle and bussle of busy Southern CA selling Real Estate to a more tranquil and easy going lifestyle of a less conjested town or even state. We tossed around the idea of getting dual license in TN or maybe NC but just never could figure out the balancing act of keeping that income coming in while making a transition. Our industry just doesn't have an exit strategy so we had to come up with our own :)

Super excited to have just passed my one year anniversary...that means I only have 2 years until I'm fully vested in the Company and could consider retiring. I will have enough stocks both by company contributions and my own interest plus I will have enough cash flow to pay my mortgage, my monthly bills ......and than some. As we continue to foster our relationships and share our excitement and stories those agents that are open minded enough will listen to our business plan and consider it as one of the most...if not the most ingenious brokerages in modern times...yes.
