menifee realestate: Menifee Short Sale Realtor 951-315-3201 Saving Money If You Short Sale
- 04/12/12 03:47 AM
I recently met with a divorced single mom that was struggling with the decision on whether or not to short sale her home in Menifee CA. First I wanted to make sure she contacted the bank and went through the appropropriate steps (I always recommend this to anyone considering a short sale). Her interest rate is 6% and her payment is $3200 per month. She did attempt getting the interest rate down by refinancing but since she didn't have any equity in the property the lender denied her. So her next step was to try for a loan mod. She was (2 comments)
menifee realestate: Menifee Short Sale Realtor 951-315-3201 What To Look For In A Short Sale

If you are a buyer trying to get into a Short Sale property you already know the competition is fierce. You have to act fast when you see a property and be prepared to write up an offer quickly. You need an agent that is in constant contact with you and is willing to go above and beyond. Hobbyist Realtors just won't do in this market so make sure the Realtor you hire understands the market conditions and is experienced in Short Sales Agent. When persuing a property, here are some hints that will help you gain a competitive advantage. Be (0 comments)
menifee realestate: Successfull Short Sale Closing in Hemet
- 05/07/10 04:13 PM
I am very very happy to announce that we successfully closed a short sale in west Hemet, Four Seasons Community. After several months of negotiation with the bank and several buyer's getting tired of waiting, we found a motivated buyer that absolutely loved the house and a buyer agent that had fantastic communication throughout the process. A successful short sale not only takes the hard work of negotiating the deal with the bank but an excellent buyer's agent that understands the process and can hand hold the buyer throughout. In recent times, the most frustrating part about a short sale transaction (4 comments)
menifee realestate: Just In...First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit Extended
- 10/28/09 12:31 PM
The Associated Press just released an update that Senators agree to extend homebuyer tax credit. The popular tax credit has been used by many first-time homebuyers in 2009 and there is word that the credit will also benefit some repeat buyers. The tax credit provides up to $8,000 to first-time homebuyers and is set to expire at the end of November. The article states that Senators agreed to extend the existing tax credit for first-time homebuyers while offering a reduced credit of up to $6,500 to repeat buyers who have owned their current homes for at least five years. The tax credits would (2 comments)
menifee realestate: Menifee and the $8000 Tax Credit
- 04/09/09 12:37 PM
I've been getting a considerable amount of inquiries from my buyers here in the Menifee and Temecula areas lately on the $8000 tax credit, so I thought I'd add a bit to my previous post to help explain the program in further detail. WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE $8000 TAX CREDIT? If you are a first time buyer, you qualify for this credit!! If you have not owned a home in the past three years, you qualify for this credit!! WHAT ARE THE INCOME LIMITS IN ORDER TO QUALIFY? If you have an adjusted gross income of no more than $75,000 or (0 comments)
menifee realestate: Menifee Realestate goes Basket Crazy...
- 04/15/08 02:29 PM
Okay, maybe not quite that crazy but I thought it was a catchy title nonetheless...Staying on that note, my husband and I attended the annual Fantasy of Baskets at the Kay Cecernos Senior Center this Saturday located right here in Menifee. This annual fund raiser which includes a champaign breakfast and Supervisor Stone had a fantastic turn out. About 45 people in all showed up and some incredible baskets that were donated by various businesses in the community. There were about 50 donated baskets and the money went towards supporting the Senior Center. It was great to see such a fantastic (0 comments)
menifee realestate: Rents on the Rise. That includes Menifee CA!
- 04/10/08 08:43 AM
I just read an article in the Business Section of the Press Enterprise this morning that apartment rents in the Inland Empire of Southern CA will slowly increase this year. Last year the increase was 2.2 percent and is expected on average to go another 2 to 2.5 percent this year. We are seeing a surge of short sales, bank owned and foreclosures here in the Menifee Realestate Market. Is it surprising that with all those folks losing their homes that they need a place to live? I can't think of a better time to educate would be first time buyers that now is (4 comments)
