Super excited to have just passed my one year anniversary...that means I only have 2 years until I'm fully vested in the Company and could consider retiring. I will have enough stocks both by company contributions and my own interest plus I will have enough cash flow to pay my mortgage, my monthly bills ......and than some. As we continue to foster our relationships and share our excitement and stories those agents that are open minded enough will listen to our business plan and consider it as one of the most...if not the most ingenious brokerages in modern times...yes. That may seem like alot, but here's the break down: Of those 193, 180 are single family homes and do not include condos, townhomes or manufactured homes. 68 of those properties are Standard Sales. Maybe it is just me, but every now and than I hit a real lull.....when it comes to buyer's. I went on vacation and brought my laptop and cell with me. It seemed like my phone rang non stop and my email inbox was full every time I turned around. Ofcourse I always got back with my clients but felt somewhat paralyzed being about 2000 miles away. Being a member of the Menifee Community for nearly a decade now, as I recall Menifee was merely a dot on the map. I remember when I first bought my home in 1999, I had never even heard of Menifee. I had been a resident of Murriet for nearly a decade before I had even heard of Menifee. But something has changed in recent years.
