Super excited to have just passed my one year anniversary...that means I only have 2 years until I'm fully vested in the Company and could consider retiring. I will have enough stocks both by company contributions and my own interest plus I will have enough cash flow to pay my mortgage, my monthly bills ......and than some. As we continue to foster our relationships and share our excitement and stories those agents that are open minded enough will listen to our business plan and consider it as one of the most...if not the most ingenious brokerages in modern times...yes. Yes! You heard me! I LOVE Short Sales! I know most of you reading this think I am crazy, but there is a reason I love Short Sales! I have undergone intensive training endorsed by the California Association of Realtors. And what this training involves is a deep understanding of the short sale process, understanding what questions to ask a client when listing a property as a short sale and gathering the appropriate paperwork that the lender requires. I wanted to share this story with other fellow collegues out there about a nice little home I have had listed for nearly a year now. The home is absolutely quaint.
