I have some GREAT, FANTASTIC news to spread! I have been working diligently on several short sales for borrowers here in the Temecula and Menifee areas. We just got an approval with PNC Mortgage. It only took about 60 days for this approval and my borrower is very thankful we are able to short sale the property with an approval that includes him being free of any deficiency. Another approval we received recently was for a Bank of America client. It only took about 60 days as well.
