May 2013 was another exciting month in Sumter, South Carolina real estate. May had an increase of 7 more closed units for the month over April 2013. The number of homes pending or under contract in Sumter SC decreased from April to May by 16 properties. While not a tremendous it was a decrease overall.

Today, I was out and about showing buyers homes. I have to admit, in the middle of showing these homes I was thinking about writing a blog! I should be focusing on finding the home for my client and I am thinking I need to go home and write about what I was seeing and experiencing. First, if you want to sell your home. DECLUTTER!
