The real estate outlook for the Spring and Cypress areas has been super STRONG and is not showing any signs of slowing down. In fact, with the pending completion of the new Exxon Campus just south of The Woodlands, coupled with the relocation of Noble Energy to the Hewlett-Packard/249 area, the future is looking GREAT! The Exxon campus should be completed in 2014 and Noble Energy anticipates completion of its new office space by 2015. Exxon is expected to bring in 7000 + employees to its Spring campus and Noble Energy is reported to be bringing in up to 1600 employees to its … (0 comments)
