I referred an old family friend to a hotdog Realtor in an area that I lived almost my whole life until I found the sunny skies of Southerna California. This agent has a big team and coming from that area, he was the listing agent on a house I personally bought before I was an agent. My ex-husband and I still get his newsletters after 16 years. organization: What about Trackmyfile.com?

I'm just about ready to finish up a transaction where the TC uses trackmyfile.com. It's been great!! All the files are posted and I get an email, so I can watch what is completed, what's posted and what needs to be completed. I'm thinking about going to a program like that for my team members so that we all know what is done and what isn't. It seems like a great way to communicate and we want to be a well oiled machine.
