In the New Construction Industry buyers are required to participate in a Home-buyer Walk-thru or Home-buyer Orientation prior to closing. Many first time buyers may not be familiar with the process and often wonder why they are required to attend.
Typically the Walk-thru will take place approximately five days before the closing and the recording of the title in the new buyers name. This orientation serves four purposes:
