I continue to wonder why agents list a vacant home when home staging professionals can help them. I met an agent today that came to my latest listing on 71 Freedom Pond in Chili NY. He just had to drop one of his vacant listings for 75% more money than having it staged and professionally photographed! Here is an example of my latest listing.
