Heritage Village is located between Holly St. and Colorado Blvd. and Orchard Blvd. and Arapahoe Rd. These homes were built in the late 1970's by Celebrity. I imagine they were as popular then as they are today. Statistics about the homes are shared below. As a Realtor what I love most about Heritage Vilage is the appreciation opportunity. Homes are selling anywhere between $360k-$460k. What's with the discrepancy you ask? Updating. Are you moving and wondering where the best schools can be found in the Denver area? Colorado residents are lucky because we have many high quality school districts and lots of choice within those districts. On the south side of town where I primarily sell real estate, Littleton, Jefferson County, Douglas County, and Cherry Creek all offer students a solid education. It's always fun to see one, or more, of these distrcits recognized nationally. That's just what's happened in a recent report featured in Forbes magazine. Home buyers with children know very well they are not shopping for a house exclusively; they are shopping for a home within neighborhood, a school, and a district. All of these aspects will directly impact their family for years to come. The weight of this decision is huge!
