Selling When Your Neighbor's Home is an Eyesore On my way to visit a friend I was driving through a charming neighborhood with older homes, tree-lined streets with sidewalks – all nice amenities when looking for a home. The neighborhood definitely had pride of ownership with beautiful lawns, clean yards and well maintained homes………………until I came to this eyesore! I stopped to take a photograph because who’d believe me if I tried to described it?!
My question to the Realtors of Active Rain (as I’m a home stager) is wouldn't this unkempt home decrease the value of the property (30 comments)
