art: St Charles, MO Mosaics Festival - Sept 19-21, 2014

Being newbies to the St Charles County area, my family is always interested in activities and festivals that we can check out. Every one (until we get to Christmas in St Charles) is a new experience and we look forward to getting to know more about our community. This weekend is the St Charles Mosaics Festival. According to their website (stcharlesmosiacs.com), the festival is a family friendly community arts events for live entertainment, art education for kids, and art appreciation.
