As many of you know, I am passionate about animals. Years ago, I decided to create my GIVE BACK Program. As part of that program, I am happy to donate to an animal shelter or rescue in my client's name upon closing. If the client is not an animal lover, and prefers to have me donate to another non profit organization, I am willing to do that too. As you all know, I am a HUGE animal lover/activist. I work closely with HAWS in Waukesha, as well as the other large shelters in the area, and donate a portion of every commission check to an animal rescue/shelter in my client's name. While I am happy to donate anywhere, sometimes it is nice to assist the smaller rescues.

Here are three easy steps to making your own whipped cream:
1. Start with cold cream, a cold bowl and cold beaters or a whisk. Keep the cream in the fridge and stick the bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes before you are ready to whip.

I read a Rachel Ray Magazine article about this and thought I would share....
Artichoke Hearts are very versatile and rich in fiber. These veggies really kick up the flavor in everything from salads to casseroles.
