Next time, will you call a Realtor when you buy your San Antonio, Texas home?
A local credit union referred a couple to us who were in need of some "homebuying advice". Seems they were in a bit of a bind with a homeowner they had an agreement with to purchase her home in San Antonio, Texas. Earlier this year they signed a "purchase agreement" with the homeowner, gave her some cash & moved in!
They were told it was going to be a "non-qualifying assumption" since they couldn't qualify on their own & the money was going to be used … (9 comments)
