Sometimes being creative means being less, er, creative. I know it's been a crazy summer for most people. I am fortunate to live and work in an area that was bursting with real estate activity this summer. Typically summers in the Palm Springs area are HOT and this was no exception- spurred by the pandemic- the market was HOT too! I have always tried to think outside the box with my closing gifts. Some clients appreciate a personal gift, while others would be just as happy with a restaurant gift card. Sometimes I choose to share my artwork as a token of appreciation for my clients trust in me with their real estate transaction. Many of my sales are second homes that my clients use during the winter season, then they return to their permament residence for the summer.
