We went to the Tamale Festival last year--and had a great time! They have alot more than just Tamales-- live music, beer garden, all kinds of Mexican tasty treats! Loved it! Kathy
If you love homemade tamales mark your calendar for Dec 5 & 6th. A parade at 10 am on Dec 5th with marching bands, floats and the cheer of people kick starts this fun event. How often do we turn on the news and see a sad story? Or how often do we hear about the positive things kids do? Well I think we need to talk about the positive, upbeat, and good things our kids are doing... Amelia Earhart Elementary Elementary School in Indio, CA collected over 300 pounds of candy and stuffed animals for the Army National Guard. FedEx shipped the boxes for free!
