I have a listing at PGA West in La Quinta that is held in trust by a family who recently lost their mother. My clients priority is to get the asset sold for the most money in the shortest time frame. Sound familiar? I encouraged them to trust me and price it right. Not too high, (to test the market), or too low (give it away).
