short sale families: Foreclosures and Short-Sales: Hearts Left Behind

We closed on a home in the La Quinta Cove neighborhood last week and it has been added to our investors portfolio. We will begin a rehab project to get it in shape for tenants and then help another family move in.
This is the 20th home purchased by just one investor. Many are competing for these 'distressed' properties in La Quinta, and throughout the country. Our investor intends to buy 50 homes and I am grateful to represent him. We have consistently pursued these homes and are thrilled when they meet his requirements and the sales close.
