Home sales in The Woodlands continues to trend upward. $/square foot is up 14% to $123; Closed sales are down 7% primarily due to the low inventory; the median sale in July was up 20% to $312,358 and the Days on Market in July dropped 25% to 55 Days. July 2012 was another indicator of the strong home sales that continue in our area.
