Yes you read that headline correctly the Average Days on the Market in April for homes closing escrow in Portola Hills was just 11. The longest a home stayed on the market was 40. So I would have to say yes, the community of Portola Hills in Lake Forest can be considered a hot real estate market! April traditionally is a quiet spring month for real estate in the area. People are focused on spring break, taxes, etc. Four homes closed escrow in April, which was the same for April 2015.

One of my favorite things to do in the summer time is to pack a picnic, grab a blanket, grab a friend and head out to one of the many Summer Concerts nearby and enjoy a variety of music.. Nothing fancy, just my favorite foods and friends and good music!! We have put together a list by area of upcomming concerts... Make sure to check with the individual cities for final dates, etc. In many of the cities food trucks and other events are also scheduled during the show.. Congratulations go out to two cities in the Saddleback Valley that received honors from the QC Press as being in the in the Top 10 Safest Cities in the Nation. (YEAH!) This past weekend I was working at an open house and a young couple came in that is getting married who had two houses to sell and considering buying one. As they gave me their details to review I went home looked up the comps and immediatly felt bad. Why because I could see that something wasn't right.
