What is your interpretation of a Spring Real Estate Market? By mid-February, we'd expect a healthy number of listings to start rolling out and activities to be in full swing by March. Declutter... depersonalize...we have heard this before. However, should you put away personal photographs when you list your home?
I work with a professional photograher who doesn't like to see client photos lying around the home. For one reason, the photos that he shoots will be distributed to the internet. At showings, it can also pose a security and privacy issue at open houses as strangers can identity the home owners who are selling the home.
