Need something to do on a Saturday with your kids? If you're in or around the Augusta, GA area there's a Fall Festival planned at St. Augustine's Epicosipal Church on Saturday, September 22nd from 10:00 to 3:00. There will be outdoor activities for the kids, Gaint Jumping Castle, Putt Putt and more. You can even get a jump on your holiday shopping with vendors that will be bringing things like hand made wooden bowls, stationary, painted window panes, service crosses for our service man and women, do your own tye dye shirts. augusta real estate: GRSP Students Arrive in Augusta, GA for Conclave

Wow, what a weekend. I forgot how tiring college life was. My husband and I had the opportunity to host two international students this weekend and it was amazing. There are currently 71 students from 23 different countries attending University's across the State of Georgia being hosted through the Georgia Rotary Student Program. These young people have been in Georgia for just a few weeks and traveled to Augusta for a Conclave this weekend. To say it was a NON-STOP weekend would be an understatement. (A nap is diffently in my future.) I won't go into all the details but I will tell you about the highlight … (2 comments)
augusta real estate: TO USE DIRECTIONAL SIGNS OR NOT

Many municipalities have an ordiance stating whether or not signs can be placed in the right of way. Georgia for instance states that you can't place a sign in the right of way along a state highway. Is this always enforced, of course not. But I can promise you if it's my sign it will be. I think the rule of thumb appears to be in Georgia, that it's up to the local "powers that be" to decide if a sign may stay or must go. I think we can all agree that directional signs are a great help to REALTORS … (1 comments)
