Just another day on the golf course?   While it may not be new to many, it is the first time I have golfed after Thanksgiving ever for any year and we had a blast.   I am a firm believer that if it isn't 50 degrees or higher for the better part of the round, I am not playing. These old bone seem to stiffen quicker these days and longer to get back to normal after, LOL.   The day was spent with my two brother in laws and 2 of my nephews......and yes after Thanksgiving the course is full … (3 comments)

On Wednesday September 24th we celebrated the first year anniversary of my Father in Law's passing.....Arthur W. Street, the way he would have wanted us to.
The family and some friends (25+ of us)  went together to the Phillies game together.  What a blast we had and Art wold have been proud.  He loved all Philly teams, yet I think the Phillies were the most special to him.  I remember watching the games together and sharing stories of our past and such games.  His tales of the older players and stadiums still make me feel like I was here.

family: Now you know what I already did,,,, - 07/10/08 04:23 AM
I just wanted to take a minute to write and let you know I am happy to see that all will now see what I already knew.....Chester County is a great place to raise a family!!!!!
Realtor magazine put its list of Best Counties to raise a family in June....and Chester and Montgomery Counties right here in my backyard made the top ten.
This is such a great marketing tool to add to our relocation package and again just reinforces what those of us fortunate enough to live here already knew.
Here is the link to check it out yourself.
